For you, in recovery
Maybe you know what you want to change, but doing it in real life feels overwhelming. We can work through food anxiety, rigidity, body image struggles, and the everyday steps that move you toward freedom.

You don’t have to figure out every hard moment alone.
Recovery doesn’t only happen in appointments. It happens at the dinner table, in the grocery store, and in the moments when the eating disorder gets loud. That’s where practical support can make a difference.
At Heidi M Coaching, lived experience meets individualized, down-to-earth guidance. I’ll meet you where you are, help you make sense of what’s difficult, and work with you on meaningful next steps.

For decades, I struggled with an eating disorder myself. For a long time, I didn’t believe full recovery could happen for me. After treatment, setbacks, learning, and doing things that felt incredibly uncomfortable, I found my way to a life where food and my body no longer controlled everything.
That experience is why I do this work. I understand how different recovery feels when you’re living it, not just talking about it. I’m here for the in-between moments with compassion, honesty, practical tools, and a whole lot of hope.
